There was something so incredibly special about Ontario’s only wilderness National Park, Pukaskwa National Park, when we visited. From its small, private sites in the Hattie Cove campground to its panoramic views of Lake Superior from every twist and turn on the hiking trail we did not want to leave. We spent a lot of time hiking throughout the national park to explore and see as much as the park had to offer in our short few day stay there. If you love peace and quiet, natures beauty and the fresh air smell of Northern Ontario we highly suggest adding Pukaskwa National Park to your bucket list of places to visit. Although it is a 12 hour drive from Toronto the drive is half of the journey and the destination is worth it. The best places are a good road trip away thats what keeps them so special. We wanted to share some of our photos to inspire you to visit this incredible hidden gem of a national park.
